He understands the competitive drive of a business leader, and what keeps them going when it looks like there's no way through. He leads with encouragement and the right questions.

Angela has been a high performer everywhere she's been, from the Air Force Academy to Teach for America. She spent years inside C-suite environments as an operations leader, watching up close how executives coped and how the heart issues they bypassed quietly shaped their decisions. Working in the corporate office, she mentored leaders from identity rather than performance, cross-culturally. Her gift is giving language to the quiet things that wear leaders down, and giving them the permission and space to finally be honest.

Every engagement puts a team in the room with you — three people, not just one — to help you see what's actually driving your decisions and get clear on your next move. It isn't therapy, business coaching, or a prayer ministry. It's advisory: we sit with you in the real decisions you're carrying and help you make them well.

Because it's a senior team in the room with you, not a course or a solo coach. Three trained team members on every session, real depth, and the kind of access most leaders can't get anywhere else. What is a Discovery Call actually like?

It's an honest and real conversation. We listen to where you are and what you're carrying, and we tell you honestly what we see. If we're a fit, we'll say so. If we're not, we'll tell you that too, and you'll leave with more clarity than you came with. Most leaders say the call alone was worth it.

Do I need to be a Christian to work with you?

Our flagship engagement is 6 months — structured, senior-led, and built around your specific season. Most leaders continue beyond 6 months because the depth of alignment and the clarity of mandate keep growing. We reassess together at each milestone and adjust the structure accordingly.
